State insurance officials said Thursday that attorney Hamid Taghizadeh two chiropractors and two others have been arrested for fraudulently collecting about $1 million from the companies. The attorney and his brother allegedly hired two “cappers” who were paid to recruit victims for auto collisions. Insurance officials say that after the accidents two chiropractors would falsify paperwork and bill companies for medical services that were not provided. Taghizadeh faces 86 felony counts including insurance fraud and grand theft.
